I was a teenager the first time Italy got under my skin — watching films about the Roman Empire, completely captivated. That curiosity never really left. It just kept widening: from empire to art, from art to language, from language to the Renaissance, to food, to the unhurried Italian way of living.
Since then I've gone back and forth between Italy and Thailand as often as I possibly could. I spent a few years actually living there. Italy isn't somewhere I visit anymore — it's my second home.
We're a small team of Italy-based planners — not a call centre, not a booking engine. Legame means "bond," and that's the job: building a real one between you and the country, one honest recommendation at a time.
A small aside: I'm also a destination wedding planner — I bring couples to Thailand for their wedding, and sometimes the other way, to Italy, for theirs. But that's a story for another day.
